Again in Could, the Rimac Nevera made headlines by setting 23 new world data in someday. On the 2023 Goodwood Competition of Velocity final July, the Nevera grew to become the quickest manufacturing EV ever to go up the Goodwood Hill. It then continued its streak of by setting a brand new Nürburgring document for electrical automobiles.

Now, this all-electric hypercar from Croatia is making headlines once more by setting a brand new Guinness World File because the quickest automobile to go in reverse. In line with Guinness, the earlier document was set in 2001 by Darren Manning driving a Caterham 7 Fireblade in reverse and reached a prime velocity of 102.58 mph.

With the total help of Guinness World File measurement tools and personnel, Rimac‘s driver, Goran Drndak, took the wheel and pushed the accelerator in reverse. The Rimac Nevera achieved a formidable velocity of 275.74 km/h (171.34 mph), surpassing the earlier document by practically 70 mph!
