Sungai Klang Hyperlink Sdn Bhd (SKL) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with MTD Building for the event and development of a 53 km-long freeway venture that’s anticipated to run alongside the Klang River, reported The Edge Malaysia.

The venture plans to include seven proposed interchanges for the freeway that can start in Klang with an interchange on the West Coast Expressway (WCE), and conclude on the New Pantai Expressway 2 (NPE2) interchange.
